TERMS AND EULA
Terms for using Campaign Export Pack
Effective date: August 27, 2026
These terms form an agreement between the user and the publisher identified on the Campaign Export Pack listing in the Adobe Express Add-ons Marketplace (the “Publisher”). By installing or using Campaign Export Pack (the “Add-on”), the user accepts these terms.
License
The Publisher grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Add-on with Adobe Express for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and Adobe's applicable terms.
Free and paid access
Free access includes the features identified on the Campaign Export Pack pricing page. Campaign Export Pack Plus is sold as a one-time license for the purchaser's personal or internal business use. It is a separate purchase from Adobe Express and does not grant or remove access to any Adobe plan. The user must not share, resell, or publish a license code.
Refund requests
To request a refund, email support@marsstudio.cc with the Stripe order reference, purchase email, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details. Requests are reviewed under these terms and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; the associated Plus license is revoked when the refund is processed.
User content and responsibility
The user retains rights in their content and is responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to create, export, download, and distribute it. The Add-on does not grant rights to third-party content, fonts, templates, brands, or other materials included in an Adobe Express document.
Acceptable use
The user must not misuse the Add-on, interfere with its operation, circumvent technical restrictions, distribute malicious code through it, use it unlawfully, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Ownership
The Add-on, its design, and its code are owned by the Publisher or its licensors. Except for the license above, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the user. Adobe Express and Adobe trademarks belong to Adobe and are not owned by the Publisher.
Availability and changes
The Publisher may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on. Export results can depend on Adobe Express, the user's document, browser settings, and device resources.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the Add-on. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
The license ends if the user violates these terms. The user may end it at any time by removing the Add-on. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
The Publisher may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
