Overview

Campaign Export Pack is an Adobe Express add-on. The publisher does not receive, store, sell, or use the content of documents processed by the add-on.

Information processed

The add-on reads document title and page metadata through Adobe Express to prepare the export selected by the user. Adobe Express creates the requested renditions. The add-on packages those renditions in browser memory and downloads the ZIP to the user's device.

Preferences and licenses stored on the device

The add-on stores export choices and, when activated, the Campaign Export Pack license code in browser storage. The license code is sent to Mars Studio only to verify access; document content is not included. Users can remove stored values by clearing add-on data or browser site data.

Purchases

Purchases are completed on a Mars Studio checkout page using Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy practices. Mars Studio receives transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and the email associated with checkout. The service stores a one-way hash of that email rather than the email address itself, along with the license status needed to provide access, support refunds, and prevent duplicate fulfillment. Full payment-card details are not received or stored by Mars Studio.

Accounts, analytics, and advertising

The add-on does not require a separate account and does not include publisher-operated advertising trackers. Server security and operational logs may include request metadata such as time, endpoint, and network information for abuse prevention and reliability.

Adobe services

Use of Adobe Express and the Add-ons Marketplace is also governed by Adobe's own terms and privacy practices. Adobe may process information needed to provide those services independently of the publisher.

Data retention and disclosure

Document content is not transmitted to Mars Studio. Transaction and license records are retained while needed to provide access, process refunds, maintain financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary for support and legal obligations. Information may be disclosed to service providers such as Stripe and Cloudflare when needed to operate the service, or when required by law.

Children

The add-on is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the add-on's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
