Campaign Export Pack

HELP

Build an export pack

  1. Open an Adobe Express document and launch Campaign Export Pack.
  2. Choose the current page. Plus access also supports all pages.
  3. Select PNG, JPG, PDF, or a combination. PNG and JPG can include original, web, and compact profiles.
  4. Confirm the campaign name. Optionally change the filename template using {campaign}, {page}, {index}, {size}, {format}, and {date}.
  5. Select Build export pack. Keep Adobe Express open until the ZIP download begins.

What is included

The ZIP contains the requested renditions in organized folders, plus export-manifest.csv and pack-summary.txt. Duplicate filenames receive a numeric suffix and are never silently overwritten.

Troubleshooting

The panel did not finish opening

Select Reload panel after Adobe Express finishes opening the document. Your document is not changed by reloading the panel.

Export is not allowed

Adobe Express may prevent export while a document is awaiting approval or has another export restriction. Resolve the document status in Adobe Express and try again.

The ZIP did not download

Allow downloads for Adobe Express in your browser, keep the tab active, and run the export again. Large documents and multiple output combinations can take longer to render.

An image is not enlarged to the selected width

Image profiles preserve aspect ratio. Adobe Express may avoid upscaling a source page that is smaller than the requested width.

Activate Plus access

After checkout, copy the license code from the purchase confirmation page. Paste it into the Add-on's license field and select Activate. The code is stored on this device so you do not need a separate account.

A license does not activate

Check that the full code begins with CEP-. If a purchase has just completed, wait a moment and try again. For payment or access help, include the Stripe order reference but never send full payment-card details.
